KIM WHITE
Every journey begins with a first step. With a background in sales, marketing, strategy and general management I bring a well proven big picture capability to assist you take your business or organisation from strength to strength. Employers and clients included Tower Trust, Prudential, AMP, Countrywide Bank, Trustees Executors, Jacques Martin, Tower Retirement and Investmentlink NZ. For eight years I was been involved heavily in the Non-Profit sector assisting with management, fund raising, project management, leadership training and recently developing my own personal development and motivation business Dreaming with Purpose.Initially offering Conferences, workshops and business mentoring for all those out there with dreams and ideas who want a mechanism to start bringing these ideas to life. My desire to help people step out in their dreams spurred me to step out on one of my own – In March 2013 I initiated, organised and completed a 300km, 9-day kayak adventure from Auckland to Tauranga, around a challenging part of the NZ coastline to help raise funds for several start-up charities. Two years ago, The Winners Circle was established with Patrick, providing a range of services to SME’s and Corporate clients |

PATRICK CORNA
I was born into a family of entrepreneurs, and at the age of 24 started my first business targeting a niche market within the motorsport industry. Within a year my company’s logo graced the sides of a formula one team. This set the platform for the adventure that has been my career both in South Africa and New Zealand. After I had owned a number of businesses, I entered the corporate world, working my way through a variety of roles, in various industries, including being a Dealer Manager and culminating in a General Manager’s role in the Recruitment Industry. I moved out of the Corporate and into the Business Services sector, initially contracting as a Business Development Coach with the Results Group, before establishing PAX EMPOWER to equip clients to build high performance businesses and teams, whilst having fun. This was followed by PhoneIT New Zealand Ltd, PS Tech Ltd and later in 2011 TyreTrend, Webimage and MPS Pegasus. During my career I have had the privilege and pleasure of working alongside, and learning from, a range of high achievers, both within the SME and Corporate Sectors in various industries. I have also enjoyed being team manager of a Kiwi Under 21 TAG team, which won silver in the World Cup, as well as being part of a group of Kayakers who kayaked from Auckland to Tauranga, to raise money for local charities. In all my roles I have prided myself on delivering the best possible service to my clients, and I believe I have a raft of experience on which to draw on and share with clients. |
